Support A is B

Meet Julia. Julia likes to hang out with her friends, watch reality TV, and listen to music. She has just turned 18 and probably won't vote in the next federal election. "I'm just not that interested." Sound familiar?

Apathy is Boring uses art and technology to educate Canadian youth about democracy. In our first five years, we have reached out to over half a million youth who, just like Julia, want info on issues relating to democracy and on ways they can get more involved in their communities.

This fall we challenge all Canadians, young and old, to support Apathy is Boring’s mission. Every contribution counts, your donation can make a huge difference.

You Do the Math.

Why not brown bag your lunch instead of buying it? Donate the $5 you just saved and help Apathy is Boring promote volunteerism to 40 youth.

With a $10 donation - what it would cost to buy you and your best friend a latte at your favourite coffee shop - you can help us bring one more youth to the polls at the next federal election.

Instead of spending $20 at your favourite clothing store use that money to help us educate an elected official on youth issues.

And the best part? By making a gift, you are playing a major role in fighting apathy and making democracy sexy. You are engaging youth and giving the many “Julias” out there the tools to shape Canada's future.
