You’ve done your homework and embarked on the path to political consciousness.  I could quiz you on our glossary of political terms and you would get 100%.  Congratulations, you have taken the first step and have become politically aware.  The buck does not stop here though.  Knowledge and awareness are only the beginning.  In order to fulfill your political destiny – and yes, I will try and make this whole deal sound as mystical as possible – action is now required.  This means throwing on your action cap and translating those wonderfully amazing and insightful thoughts in your head in to some kind of political or social action. 

    Yes, that means we at Apathy is Boring encourage you to A) Get up off the couch and B) Unplug – this means leave behind your ipod, shut down your computer, log off MSN – do it all – full electronic emancipation.  A healthy and happy society means a vibrant and active one.  This entails people interacting with one another and moving together towards positive change.  Imagine what this world would like.  Well, you and I need to do our part as well to realize this ideal, active and happy world. Don’t know what to do with yourself or where to begin?  That’s ok.  Not all forms of political participation are for everyone.  But there is one form or another out there for you.
