Contest Rules

1. Competition opens at 12:01 am on April 1st 2008 and closes at 11:59 pm on April 30th 2008.

2. Eligibility criteria: This Competition is open only to Canadian residents who are 18 - 35 years of age before the closing date. Participants must have a valid Apathy is Boring profile.

3. Survey Entries that don’t contain your valid AisB profile user name, name, email address, city of residence and age are not valid.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Notification: Winners will be notified as they are chosen no later then June 1st 2008. Winner's names will be posted on the Apathy is Boring website.

6. General: By entering the Competition you agree to be bound by these rules and agree to release and hold harmless Apathy is Boring from and against any and all liability for injuries and/or damages sustained in connection with or related to participation in the competition. Apathy is Boring reserves the right to revise dates and procedures mentioned in these rules, or cancel or terminate the competition should any cause beyond the control of Apathy is Boring affect the administration or operation of the competition.

7. Miscellaneous: Apathy is Boring assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, or other communication malfunctions.

If these rules are translated into another language, the English language text shall in any event prevail. This competition and these rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Canadian law and any dispute arising in connection with these rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts. Any provision of these rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible and the remainder of these rules will remain in effect.

All decisions by Apathy is Boring relating to this competition and these rules are final.
