So grab your cell phones, video cameras or webcams and make a video 30sec. – 3 mins in length. Grand Prize is a trip to Halifax with a friend to attend and have your video showcased at Her Excellency the Governor General of Canada's Youth Dialogue on September 20th. You also get to checkout and go backstage at an Apathy is Boring Concert featuring artists ill Scarlett.
