- The AAEV party of Canada feels that elected Political Leaders should be held responsible for any outcome or events that may occur particularly with regards to the environment.
- They believe that ultimately political judgment is responsible for the current state of affairs.

- The AAEV is adamant in its opposition to the seal hunt in Newfoundland and Labrador, and is currently urging an international boycott of Canadian seafood. Other causes have included opposition to the use of animals in scientific research, fur farming and trapping, and bear hunting.
- Intends to protect and restore our natural environment as well as establish bylaws for hunting and fishing.
